This policy covers the mobile games published by Hunter 42, including Voxel Smash.

What is collected
The games require no account and never ask for your name, email address or phone number. The following is collected automatically:
- Advertising identifier — the Android Advertising ID, used to deliver and measure ads.
- Device data — device model, operating system version, language, country, screen resolution.
- Usage data — levels reached, session length and progression events, in aggregated form.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and technical errors.
Why it is collected
- To show ads, personalised only where you have consented.
- To measure audience and understand how levels are played, so balancing can be improved.
- To find and fix crashes.

The following services may receive and process this data under their own privacy policies:
- Appodeal — ad mediation
- Google AdMob — advertising
- Meta Audience Network — advertising
- GameAnalytics — usage analytics
- Unity Technologies — game engine and related services
Consent
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent screen is shown on first launch. You can accept or refuse personalised advertising, and change that choice at any time from the in-game settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@hunter42.com and you will receive a reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in the Android settings, under Privacy.
Children
The games are not directed at children under 13 and no data is knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has provided data, write to us and it will be deleted.
Retention
Aggregated usage data is kept for a maximum of 26 months. Data held by the third parties listed above follows their own retention periods.

This policy may change. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
